The Ministry of Education Board of Bangladesh has divided all of Bangladesh into nine boards. The boards are Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Comilla, Sylhet, Barisal, Jessore and Dinajpur. Now very soon the government has created a new board and that is the Mymensingh Board. The first board was the Dhaka Board and it was established in 1961.
Since the late 1990s students are getting results through websites. But after 2010 it is becoming popular. So in the early twenties, students get their results from their institutes, senior teachers and institute policy go to the district education office or division board of education to collect the results from their institute. The students wait on campus for the result. Then the teachers post it on the bulletin board. All the students flock to see their results. Many times parents come to see the results on behalf of the students.
But now the days have changed. Today there are many ways to know the results. These methods are simple and students or their parents can check their results from home. Therefore, those forms are less time consuming, easy for students to use, and most importantly, digital. In this era of globalization it is very important to access and use digital methods in all fields.
But there are also some difficulties, the biggest victim on the day of the result is the server problem. The servers of our educational board fall two or three times or more on the day of the result. Panic and tension increase. Another problem is the low Internet connectivity throughout the country. Due to low internet connectivity, urban students suffer the most. Copy shops do their seasonal work on results day. Most of the city’s students get their results from photocopy shops.
Now let’s talk about the board of education website and how it helps. The Board of the Ministry of Education has an official website.
From this website, Bangladeshi students can get information about the Bangladesh Board of Education and learn about the organizational structure, branches, roles and responsibilities. The Bangladesh Board of Education website has information on education sector development programs in Bangladesh.
All boards are responsible for conducting public examinations and public examinations at the upper secondary certificate level.
In Bangladesh, the structure of higher education is divided into three proportions.
- Elementary level
- Secondary level
- Third level.
The execution of the two public exams is supervised by the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE). The first is the Certificate of Primary Education (Class 5) and the second is the Certificate of Primary School (Class 8).
Secondary education level represents two other board exams and they are the Secondary School Certificate (Grade 10) and the Senior Secondary School Certificate (Grade 12).
Bangladeshi students can get the education board result in two ways.
- By text message
- By website.
